We begin with a bit of education. Knowing is Power. Power to heal deeply.

Breathwork and some movement are then guided to prepare the body as well as the mind.

High vibrations fill the air so that your natural vibrations can rise to the level of your experience.

Energy is everything, and sometimes it gets stuck. Different healing modalities will be administered in order for the energy to move.

At some point during the night, we will integrate all that we have learned, as well as enjoy some hydrating fruits and some energetic foods.

For those who choose to sleep over, we also offer break-fast in the rising.

Some of these activities may vary a bit, but this is the foundation for our practice.
