The Summer Solstice Street Ice Plunge welcomes both seasoned cold therapy enthusiasts and curious newcomers. Participants are encouraged to bring swimwear, a towel, and bottled water. The event typically runs from 10:00am through the afternoon, around 2:00pm, allowing ample time to experience the plunge and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
